9.00 am - Idli / dosai/ chappathi / puttu/ appam 4 nos or 250 gm with boiled vegetable 1 cup
11.00 am - lemon juice with honey / buttermilk – 200ml
1 pm - 2 cup of rice with boiled(250gm) with half cup half boiled vegetable
4 pm - wheat gress juice / amla juice (diluted) – 200 ml
8 pm - 4 chappati + boiled vegetable 1 cup
